About the Role
This position is designed to grow retail architecture opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with developers, brokers, contractors, and consultants throughout the retail real estate community. The Business Development Lead will serve as the Architect of Record and lead select retail projects as Project Manager or Principal in Charge. The role involves collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects while identifying opportunities to cross-sell services and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
