Titles VP Sales and Channel Management Responsibilities: General Develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and accelerates growth. Own all revenue-generating processes, with a focus on building sustainable, scalable sales and account management strategies for both new and existing clients. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes personal growth and accountability. Proven experience “growing” revenue through developing and growing a team. Carry a bag - sell on their own. Lead by example. Convert existing Account Management (AM) team to hungry people who hunt for work. A manager who will let us know which AMs we remove from the team and who we add in the future. Train the AM team to have non-transactional relationships with our clients. Optimize contact with our ENTIRE active account base. Experience designing and building Channel Programs. Can drive more business for both companies. Proven experience “growing” revenue through developing and growing Channel Partnerships. Marketing Experience working with integrated Sales/Marketing Campaigns. Experience in today’s digital marketing world (SEO, ad words, PPC, social media, etc.). Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring that our value proposition resonates with target audiences and differentiates us in a crowded market. Qualifications Experience : 10 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within information security, cybersecurity, managed security services, or a related technology sector. Experience in Channel Management important. Sales and Marketing Acumen : Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that deliver results in competitive markets. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead teams; adept at recruiting top talent, mentoring, and fostering professional growth. Industry Knowledge : Nice to have: Deep understanding of information security trends, threat landscapes, and market dynamics; able to engage credibly with technical stakeholders. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing and sales metrics to guide strategy and demonstrate ROI. Customer-Centric : Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, with an ability to engage with clients at all levels. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, influential style; experienced in presenting to executive teams and boards.
