Key Responsibilities: Identify client monetization opportunities and drive strategic initiatives liaising with Equity Sales&Trading management and Account managers. Coordinate with Business management and corporate functions to remediate Sales and Client issues. Set and manage technology priorities for development of CRM solutions for the Equities business. Work closely with Global Head of Sales and Global COO functions in setting priorities for the business and track progress of such priorities. Collaborate with Sales, SRM, Trading, Research and Corporate functions. Manage and support data driven assignments such as votes management, pitchbook preparations, contacts cleanup and other ad-hoc analytics impacting client/business performance. Qualifications: Prior experience working in Client strategy or Business Management at a bank within Equities Global Markets will be a preference. Previous experience in optimizing and standardizing processes, resources allocation and client segmentation. Advanced ability of using PowerPoint and MS Excel with very good analytical and communication skills. Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems knowledge. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities. Compensation: Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $150,000 - $175,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
