POSITION OVERVIEW: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the Company's ongoing strategy to source, attract, and recruit top hourly talent. The primary responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. This position will execute long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hourly positions to ensure quality, quantity, and diversity of candidates Utilize a variety of recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and cultural fit for Fontainebleau Las Vegas Manage the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the hiring process Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. One (1) year of experience in a recruiting position and/or Human Resources, preferably for a large-scale luxury resort/casino High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment and foster positive relationships with internal and external partners. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
