Job Description The Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing sales data, controls, leads, and reports by following all procedures to ensure compliance from sales managers when working with all systems, including Delphi.fdc, third-party integrated and non-integrated lead providers, and other internal platforms. As well as accurately completing a variety of administrative duties requested by colleagues within the Sales and Marketing Divisions in order to provide timely and professional service to our guests. Responsibilities Daily monitor RFP Inbox in Delphi FDC. Assign&distribute incoming leads. Assist Sales Admin with work overflow by typing and distributing correspondence, including letters, emails, proposals, contracts, etc. for assigned managers. Ensures that all correspondence is 100% accurate. Maintain account files and ensure that all information is included in file, i.e. site forms, resumes, post-convention reports, letters, fax information, etc. Answer all calls to sales office by third ring. Take detailed inquiry leads and submit to appropriate manager. Ensure that all managers receive messages in a timely manner. (Messages to include name and phone, group or company name, number of caller, date and time call received.) Assist unassigned managers as needed. Run reports such as GRC, Lead Volume Report, Pipeline reports for DOS and team. Gather materials and mail packages to clients as necessary. Input amenities into Epitome for VIP clients and process paperwork (amenity card, receipt signature from Room Service). Process outgoing mail. Cover for reception during lunch. Take minutes at committee/assistant meetings as directed. Participate in schedule rotation for late coverage on days the office closes early. Qualifications Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others. Must have good communication skills. Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, Express, Excel). Previous knowledge of Delphi, Opera, and Synergy preferred. Must have good organizational skills. Omni Hotels&Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
