Job Description Job Description The Project Coordinator is the direct support to the field operations team. The position is dedicated to support the Operations, Project Managers and Project Superintendents. Essential Responsibilities Include: Perform data entry work to maintain accuracy and up-to-date entries in JCPM system. May be required to take dictation on occasion. Arrange, participates in, and implements jobsite meetings as directed Develop and distribute project meeting minutes Interprets policies and procedures as established by Project Managers. Assist in the management and coordination of subcontractors Documents the progress of construction projects as directed. Compiles project data based in the JCPM System using thorough understanding of the operating unit program, policies and procedures. Process RFI’s (Requests for Information), Submittals, Meeting Minutes and/or other reports as requested. Process RCO’s as developed by PM’s, update in JCPM&document control system. Process OCO’s as developed by PM’s, update in JCPM&document control system. Process CAS’s as developed by PM’s. Receive, verify, compile, and submit monthly PM Reports. Establish and maintain project document control system, along with updating and maintaining corporate filing system. Administer, compile and submit all closeout documents. Assemble and manage project punch list. Administer warranty program. Implement special projects as directed. Backup to Contractor Administrator. Assure all documents conform with company policy. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies&Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction purchasing and construction industry. Ability to use construction industry software. Strong computer skills. Problem solving and strong analytical skills. Extremely detail-oriented and accurate. Time management skills and ability to work in fast paced environment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and Project Managers Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team-building skill. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or within a team. Display initiative and pro-active approach. Physical Requirements This position could involve work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors.
