POSITION OVERVIEW The PAD Attendant is responsible to clean and service assigned areas according to the standards of cleanliness set by management to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe, and attractive environment for our Guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Clean, sanitize, and service assigned public areas (lobby, casino, elevators, public area restrooms, and other public areas) Perform floor care to include sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells; sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass; cleaning and shampooing carpets; and vacuuming hallways and offices Clean ashtrays and remove trash from designated areas and dispose accordingly Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents Service and maintain all public areas as assigned and instructed Attend daily meetings at the start of each shift Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and fellow Members that differentiates us from the competition Contact the manager on duty on any guest-related complaints Always maintain supplies in a neat orderly manner Maintain full knowledge and understanding of Company and departmental rules and regulations Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
