As an Administrative Assistant&Licensed Nursing Assistant, you'll be the vital link between efficient unit operations and providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. Use your organizational and people skills to support both our team and those we serve. This position is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30pm. In this rewarding role, you will: Streamline Unit Operations: Manage admissions, records, physician orders, and communication, ensuring a smooth and organized environment. Be a Key Point of Contact: Handle calls, coordinate appointments and transportation, and welcome visitors. Provide Direct Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities, observe and report changes in condition, and support residents with meals – all within your LNA scope. Contribute to a Positive Culture: Uphold resident rights, proactively address concerns, and collaborate effectively with the team. We're looking for someone who is: Tech-savvy and organized. An excellent communicator and team player. Knowledgeable about the aging process. Holds a valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont. A safe driver with a clean record.
