Job Summary Inventory Coordinators provide support to all areas of distribution operations. Primary focus on labor activities, data analytics and reporting labor and building metrics. Job Description Experience Required: 0 to 6 months Experience Desired: 1-3 years experience: MS Excel, working on a team in an office environment. Data analytics or database knowledge a plus Detail oriented Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Team player and eager to learn Work on site (6:00 am - 2:00 pm) Possible weekend hours Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent Certification or Licensing Required: None Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds Travel Required: None Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age Job Responsibilities Assist management team with all requests Complete daily labor corrections in labor management system Process daily&weekly PCWs (Performance Counseling Worksheet) Finalize and upload weekly incentive reports Complete daily labor templates and update building KPI reports Enter new hires into labor management system Organize and file team member labor performance reports Communicate with multiple building operation teams, HR and union about labor data.
