Job Description Job Description Contractor seeks Project/Office Administrator and service coordinator to add to our support team. Responsible for all project related set up, contract review, to maintenance and billing, and Process A/P invoices. Preferred experience in percent complete, aia billing, and lien releases, T&M. Looking for a team player and leader that supports our field and office crew. Full Time position in our Huntington Beach office, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm. Great Opportunity Duties include: Project set up, maintenance, administration Billing projects - both T&M and bid work Management of new work order requests Construction contracts review and tracking Maintain subcontractor's insurance Timecards duties Lead office support Key Qualifications: 2 years project billing or bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, established proofread habits, is accurate, highly organized, multi-task easily, and is able to diligently execute tasks assigned without hesitation.
