Job Responsibilities Support clinician onsite onboarding including site badge and EMR training, collaborating with the Privileging and Onboarding team Support local, leased and 1099 clinician renewal processes Support clinician offboarding processes Support new site implementations and de-implementations Serve as the learning admin for clinicians, managing course assignments and following up, as needed, to ensure completion of requirements Support the clinician CME process Provide support, as needed, to operational and clinical leadership Support organizational policies, objectives and initiatives Improve the clinician experience by fostering a positive working relationship between your team and functional COEs, clinicians and clients Communicate in a timely and professional manner Be highly detail-oriented, well organized and efficient Work with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills Follow up with clinicians, as needed, to ensure issues are resolved Partner with site leadership and colleagues in other departments to develop a culture of collaborative teamwork, problem solving, positive communications and engagement EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
