Job Description Job Description Previous construction sub-contractor experience preferred Responsible for submitting proposals to General Contractors and/or Owners; RFI/ASI check-in and scheduling as well as some general office tasks for busy construction office. Ideal candidate must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is a must. Will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have a working knowledge of general office equipment (copiers, scanners, shared calendars, etc.). Experience with Foundation Software a plus. Full benefits available
