First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused, goals-driven, Bank Properties Coordinator to join our Bank Properties Division team. The Bank Properties Coordinator reports to the SVP Planning, Construction and Facilities Manager and provides general office, administrative and accounting support for Branch Properties Department (BPD), Kamehameha Industrial Center (KIC) and First Hawaiian Center (FHC). This position must be able to work unsupervised and problem-solve independently. Compensation Pay range is $21.25 - $27.00/ per hour; commensurate with experience Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: Associate’s degree in business administration, related field; or equivalent experience required Five (5) years of experience in an administrative/business office environment, preferably related to facilities management required Knowledge of Bank departments and branches, including Bank Policies and practices preferred Knowledge of Bank facilities and general procedures preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for frequent contact with external customers, management, and Bank personnel Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail while meeting prescribed deadlines Must have high degree of accuracy and neatness Must be able to use sound judgment and discretion regarding reports and confidential information Highly motivated, organized, prepared, results oriented individual Excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications Must be able to work with minimal supervision Benefits: We proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
