Apply today or refer a qualified friend. Responsibilities Review each warranty repair order for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the manufacturer’s policy and procedures. Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure/condition codes, and/or other administrative data required to code the repair properly. Check each repair order in the Vehicle Inquiry to determine coverage, extended warranties, open campaigns, TSBs, vehicle history, etc. Verifies criteria required by the factory or manufacturer. Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins. Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior dealership experience preferred; not required. Experience using CDK and/or ERP systems preferred. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Must possess strong attention to detail. Must be able to work extended hours at the month-end. Great attitude with a high-energy personality. High school diploma or GED required. Valid in-state driver’s license.
