We are currently seeking a collaborative, goals-driven, detail-oriented VP&Balance Sheet Management&Investments Manager to join our Treasury and Investments Division. In this role, you will be responsible for manages the Bank’s investment, BOLI and derivatives portfolios. Coordinates the Bank’s capital actions, monitoring and stress testing. Develops ALM and interest rate risk strategy to stabilize earnings and support long-term corporate objectives. Compensation The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $163,000/year; commensurate with experience. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, math or sciences required 10 Years of Banking, Finance and/or Risk experience required Master’s degree in business, finance, financial engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or other related quantitative discipline preferred Subject matter expertise in the management of interest rate risk, liquidity and capital for a financial institution regulated by the Federal Reserve and/or Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Knowledge of fixed income, interest rate risk and valuation concepts Knowledge of Bank finance, products, and risk management practices Strong communication and leadership skills Self-motivated with ability to work under restricted timeframes Collaborative, organized and attentive to detail Capacity for designing creative solutions to non-routine problems Demonstrable aptitude for written and verbal communication Are you interested in learning more about us?
