Tecolote is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Data Management Analyst to be part of a team supporting data operations, account management, and software integration for our naval support activity customer. The expected salary range is $70,000 - $140,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including total years of relevant experience, academic achievement, and relevant professional certifications. Responsibilities Develop a new integrated analytics platform for naval programs, including vision, mission, architecture, design, and implementation. Work with the design team to create a viable system architecture for future research and decision support. Assist in daily back end error resolutions. Standard business processes of databasing and ETL functions. Work with the IT team to implement cybersecurity policy. Conduct system scanning and regular metrics reporting. Recommend system improvements. Skills Required BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar. CompTIA Security certification. 5 years of programming experience; 2 years may be substituted with a master’s degree. Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical, and coding skills. Familiarity with process documentation and error reporting. Experience with software integration onto network systems. Proficient in SQL servers, particularly table generation, data ingestion, stored procedure manipulation, and front-end integration. Knowledge of cybersecurity and system hardening. Experience with DoD IT systems. Proficient in SQL, Python, and Java. Eager to learn and grow in a new data operations environment. Education Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science, management information systems, math, or engineering.
