In addition to learning to deal casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat and Carnival games, dealer school students will learn to: Develop and maintain a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Deal their games to the best of their ability and according to casino policies and procedures. Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to all customers. Be responsible for the integrity of their assigned table. Handle all payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits. Have knowledge of different types of promotions and events.
