ITAR Role – U.S. Citizen Location: Remote Job description: As a Sr. Teamcenter Administrator you will maintain and configure Teamcenter revision 14 and be key in the next upgrade. Responsibilities: · Act as first point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic production issues · Support daily Teamcenter Multisite issues in US · New users onboarding to Teamcenter and Creo · Support end users in installing Teamcenter and Creo · Create Teamcenter user training material · Document FAQs for repetitive user issues · Document test cases for system integration testing and UAT · Work on TC-Creo integration issues. Required skills: • Must be a U.S. Citizen • 10 years of Teamcenter Administration: Deployment, Configuration, Patches, and Upgrades. • Experience being responsible for overall Teamcenter performance and reliability. · Teamcenter configuration expertise for BMIDE, TC-Creo integrations, Active Workspace (AWC) and Creo Integration. · Expertise in Workflows, Classification administration, project and Access Manager is must. • Documentation experience to create test case documents and User training manuals. • Teamcenter Multisite expertise (U.S.A. Locations) • Multi CAD and support experience.
