Senior Software Analyst Job Description: As a Senior Software Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions for software development or enhancements. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting customer needs into design specifications, documenting business and functional requirements, and supporting product development within a cloud-based data environment. You will perform gap analyses, risk assessments, and functional testing using SQL queries and provide troubleshooting support for applications and products. Additionally, you will assist in designing interfaces, recommending changes to meet evolving requirements, and documenting issues and resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Translate business needs into conceptual and logical design specifications. Document and maintain business and functional requirements. Use SQL for analysis, troubleshooting, and testing. Develop and refine prototypes or application interfaces. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide support for system enhancements and resolve issues. Conduct root cause analysis and support release readiness validation. Create detailed documentation of processes and system designs. Requirements: 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies. Strong skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
