The Opportunity: Designs, develops and delivers instructor-led training courses on business-specific processes, products, systems or other initiatives. Responsible for delivering high impact instructor-led training courses on product advantages to retail sales associates and internal LGEUS associates utilizing presentation skills and principles of interactive instructional design to foster understanding of LGEUS products and brand advocacy. As the Sr. Product Trainer, you will: Provide project support for training initiatives. Coordinate training projects from start to finish including tasks and timelines. Serve as subject matter expert for instructional designers, eLearning developers and technical writers. Review instructional designs, testing procedures and technology. Populate system training or test regions with data for use in classes, provide client updates, analyze data and write training summaries. Maintain subject matter expertise for assigned business areas, including job shadowing, attending team meetings, process updates, staffing and providing production support as required. Engage instructional designers when significant edits are required (course redesigns). Design and develop course content for narrowly focused topics. Consult with the business to determine performance gaps and generate innovative solutions. Prepare for training classes: create and update class rosters, send registrations, manage hardware and software set-up, complete evaluation tracking, ensure room reservations and equipment setup and order materials. Build team structure and increase team efficiency by contributing to internal processes and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 8 years of training experience in a classroom setting.
