Position Overview: As a Specialty Crew Technician at Advanced IPM, you will represent our company by delivering the highest level of professionalism and ethics. The ideal candidate is open to feedback and committed to continuous learning. They must also be responsible, reliable, and well-organized. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Analyze reports and diagrams of infested areas and execute appropriate repair methods as a skilled home repair carpenter. Make problem-solving decisions based on report discrepancies and additional findings. Ensure all jobs are completed professionally and meet specifications. Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicle in a clean condition at all times. Familiarize yourself with all types of wood-destroying organisms, their damage, and effective control methods. Understand bed bugs, their harborage areas, and effective control strategies. Communicate effectively with customers regarding job statuses as needed. Work hours are from 7 am to 5 pm, with a Saturday rotation; additional hours may be required based on departmental needs. You will be required to obtain a Branch 3 applicator license within 90 days of employment. We will provide all the necessary tools for licensing and will cover the exam fees, but only if you pass the exam. Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License. Ability to pass a drug screening and physical examination. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, and lift for extended periods.
