Overview The Senior Vice President, Analytics Solutions and Consulting for the CPG&Retail Vertical is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge ML/AI-driven analytics solutions tailored to CPG/retail needs. This role combines deep industry expertise with advanced data science and modeling capabilities to drive and oversee the implementation of innovative ML/AI-based solutions, leveraging both proprietary and acquired data to meet client needs and align with broader Groupe objectives. As the lead for CoreAI Analytics for CPG&Retail, the role will integrate data and technology to drive product development and roadmap creation, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable AI applications that enhance client business outcomes. Responsibilities 1. Analytic Solutions Leadership – CPG&Retail Solutions Roadmap: · Partner with Solutions Groupe business strategists to translate industry-specific challenges into defined Analytic Data Products that can drive revenue for Publicis. · Propose and own the utility of AI-driven analytic frameworks tailored to address specific client needs within the CPG&Retail vertical. · Design and own customized advanced analytics products that leverage data science techniques, industry best practices, and a product-innovation mindset. 2. Data-Driven Product Strategy: · Own the end-to-end development of the CoreAI CPG/Retail analytics roadmap centered on connected data and ML/AI models. · Comfortable with leveraging large and complex industry datasets to inform solution development and optimize AI-based models. · Have a practical knowledge and understanding of automation programming languages and tools for building and deploying scalable analytic data products&solutions. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: · Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design, integrate, and fine-tune AI technologies. · Initiate workshops and discussions with strategic partners and technical SME leads to ensure cross-functional clarity of objectives. 4. Thought Leadership&Industry Innovation: · Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices within the CPG&Retail categories and AI/data science fields. · Contribute to the company’s growth by developing case studies, white papers, and industry presentations. · Support internal knowledge sharing and training programs to elevate the team’s expertise in CPG&retail analytics. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or consulting for the CPG and/or Retail sector. Proven experience in client-facing roles, delivering advanced analytic solutions for CPG/retail clients. Understanding of industry-vertical business processes and a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation. Expertise in brand tracking studies, Marketing Mix Modeling, and performance marketing metrics. Technical Skills: Sufficient applied knowledge of advanced analytics methods. Practical understanding of relevant programming languages and ML/AI techniques. Practical experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms and data cloud/mesh/lakes. Practical exposure to BI visualization tools. Experience with CPG/Retail data sources both proprietary and third party. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Data Science/CS, Engineering, Marketing Science, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in analytics or data science. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
