Won’t you join us today as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist ? This role will start as a temporary hire, starting for 3-4 months, with the potential of extending longer. Essential duties: Delivering full life cycle recruiting in a timely manner. Creating and maintaining trust with internal hiring partners while delivering world-class services to your hiring managers. Maintaining a deep understanding of our customer-facing capabilities and external competitors. Sourcing: champion and execute recruitment initiatives to build talent communities for hard-to-fill roles. Develop innovative and creative sourcing methods. Take action to ensure smooth and effective collaboration with Hiring Managers. Develop and execute recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of talent for future needs. Source potential candidates for job openings ensuring position requirements and expectations are assessed. Identify, engage, and convert passive job seekers (LinkedIn, social media, etc.). Facilitate interview process, offer management, reference checks, and handoff to onboarding. Create and maintain recruitment collateral to build employment branding, including design of careers website, write recruitment ads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 5 years recruiting experience in a CRO setting; skilled hiring CRO roles including Statistical / SAS Programmers, Clinical Data Associates, Medical Coders, Safety Specialists, Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory and Startup Specialists. Skilled in building candidate pipelines from scratch. Have successfully managed workloads of 15 open requisitions. Prior experience with direct sourcing for passive candidates. Skilled utilizing complex search methods in LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and others. Skilled in conducting thorough intake discussions with hiring managers as input to authoring robust job descriptions which tell a compelling story to candidates. Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; winning personalities welcome Skilled in daily prioritization of workload. Ability to adjust&self-run schedule to address coverage across different time zones ensuring customer satisfaction. MUST be open to a temporary position, starting 3-4 months. Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
