To Learn More Visit: Geosyntec Careers Essential Duties and Responsibilities Developing written plans and permit applications associated with state and federal programs for industrial stormwater discharges and oil pollution prevention (e.g., Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans). Providing multi-media (e.g., stormwater, wastewater, air, hazardous waste) environmental compliance services, such as compliance assessments and audits. Supporting projects involving due diligence including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Contributing/preparing to the preparation of technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals. Supporting stormwater management, site characterization, and remediation projects. Developing task, project, and client management skills. Education and Licensure Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering, environmental science, or related discipline. (required) Advanced degree (M.S.) in environmental or civil engineering or environmental science. (preferred) Skills, Experience and Qualifications At least 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education&experience. (required) Fluency in communications in Korean. (required) Experience conducting environmental compliance site assessments. (preferred) Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to environmental compliance, assessments. (preferred) Strong oral and technical writing. (required) Experience with Microsoft Office products. (required) Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel.
