Senior Manager, Data Science/Omni Channel Analytics - PHARMA Location: Greater Chicago (relocation provided) Salary: $160-175k bonus LTI (some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR) Consultant: Eda Zullo, ezullosmithhanley.com My client, a PREMIER GLOBAL BioPharma Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science/Omni Channel Analytics - PHARMA Professional Responsibilities: Lead Data Science Omnichannel analytic engagements supporting specific PHARMA brands Work with stakeholders to build AI/ML products to solve business problems Measure the impact of cross-channel campaigns Build high performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models and proof of concepts Mentor high-performing data scientists within the team Requirements: MA degree (desired) and 6 years of quantitative methods supporting multivariate statistics, predictive modeling, etc., within the PHARMA/BIOTECH space Must be able to build and deploy ML models to optimize customer experience (CX) and omnichannel engagements Expertise in setting up A/B testing, cohort studies, and matched case-control studies Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analytic methodologies is desired Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills Programming experience with Python, R, and experience with ML libraries working in large datasets 4 years of experience with AWS RedShift, Snowflake, Spark, etc. Understanding of tagging, Google Analytics, CRM, and the Digital Marketing Ecosystem Please send resumes to ezullosmithhanley.com J-18808-Ljbffr
