Review project plans to ensure compliance with schedules, costs, and quality standards. Plan and manage projects for optimal space and equipment utilization. Collaborate with Plant Director, maintenance, QA, safety, and other departments to align projects with plant needs. Stay updated on dairy equipment and process developments. Actively participate in plant management, supporting various functions as needed. Maintain professionalism, encourage quality performance, and develop positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Perform design work, and feasibility studies, and ensure project compliance with standards. Maintain accurate project files and address safety, ergonomic, and operational issues. Interpret instructions and procedures in various formats. Handle administrative duties promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and promote a safe, healthy working environment for all employees, contributing to the company's overall performance and success. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Experience: 5-7 years in managing complex projects and installations in an industrial food processing plant. Prior food industry project management experience (dairy industry preferred). Stable and dependable work history. Specialized Knowledge: Agri-food industry technology and processes. Knowledge of dairy process equipment (HTST, separator, membrane systems). Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations. Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Utilities, and Construction trades. Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and observational skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
