Must have a minimum of 10 years of significant experience in delivering analytics/reporting solutions, including 5 years of experience in Big Data and data lake solutions, strong data management, and data engineering specifically in big data/Hadoop and traditional data warehousing. Experience in working with cross-functional business teams to understand business needs and define/manage the data roadmap. Experience in leading and guiding matrix business and IT teams to coordinate rapid prototyping and data discovery, as well as business support for traditional data warehouse and data lake development processes. Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with traditional warehouse technologies like Teradata, SQL, BTEQ, BI Tools, and Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Hive LLAP, Scala, R, Python, and big data on Cloud.
