They're on the hunt for a Sr. Account Executive to join their successful and growing sales team. Additional information about the company: consistent achievement of President's Club amongst Account Executives supportive leadership tried and true training and development program strong employee tenure The role: Running the full sales cycle, selling into IT departments at companies over $100M in revenue, closing deals between $40k-$70k 50% leads come from BDR/marketing team and 50% are self-sourced 25% travel to prospect, clients, events, and trade shows Requirements: 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience Grit and grind mentality/personality Ability to communicate strong sales process Forward thinking, growth mindset Creative/resourceful Coachable Relatable and good conversationalist Compensation: $170k OTE uncapped bonuses LI-OD1 MONSSP
