Your role as a SEN Teacher will involve specialized teaching tailored to meet the individual needs of students across primary and secondary schools. You will create engaging lessons that align with the curriculum for the students with special needs and prepare them for success in their studies and future academic goals. Responsibilities of a SEN Teacher: Deliver specialized teaching to students with SEND needs. Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum. Support students in one-to-one or small group settings. Help students understand and engage with the syllabus according to key stages. Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Work closely with SENCOs, staff, and guardians to upgrade the academic strategies. Job Requirements for a SEN Teacher: Holding QTS or equivalent degrees such as PGCE, NQT, or ECT is mandatory. A Bachelor or Master's degree in any field.
