Department: Sales and Marketing Location: Krey Distributing Company – St. Peters, MO Position Reports to: VP, Sales and Marketing FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary Krey Distributing Company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Execution Manager to support the execution of marketing strategy and sales growth initiatives across our diverse portfolio of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners to drive brand performance, execute marketing programs, and oversee key sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to help grow our brands in an increasingly competitive market. Key Responsibilities Attend and participate in Supplier Wholesaler Joint Business Planning (WJBP) meetings and manage Anheuser-Busch AOE and WEA program deliverables. Support trade execution by tracking sales team call frequency, incentives, and brand compliance in market. Lead tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for all company and supplier sales incentives. Oversee brand launches and portfolio growth, providing direction and tools for the sales team to achieve performance goals. Present marketing updates and sales performance insights during weekly team meetings and leadership briefings. Assist with month-end reporting, supplier calls, audits, and administrative responsibilities as needed. Collaborate with internal departments and supplier partners to localize and execute strategic marketing and sales plans. Assist in managing and reconciling marketing budget, including sponsorships, media, donations, and promotional materials. Negotiate marketing sponsorships, venue agreements, and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and brand presence. Maintain and manage key community relationships and sponsorship agreements. Manage and direct the Graphics Department and Brand Ambassador team to align with brand goals and marketing initiatives. Coordinate company sampling programs, supplier events, and local sponsorship activations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid Driver’s License Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 3 years of experience in the adult beverage industry preferred. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership and influence abilities, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail. Strong presentation skills and ability to speak with confidence to leadership and large groups. Must be located in commutable distance to St. Charles County, Missouri, United States.
