Research Program Manager, Product Marketing Introduction to the team: Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions. The B2B Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced and collaborative Program Manager to support its operations and drive research excellence at scale. Your expertise and customer-obsession will help us improve B2B experiences across hundreds of thousands of travel businesses. In this role, you will: Assist Product Marketing team members in planning and conducting customer research, including identifying and recruiting participants and managing procurement and finance processes. Develop and own the templates for consistent internal research communication across the organization. Support the Product Marketing team with the standards of a high caliber brief. Collaborate closely with research teams to identify synergies and define shared processes and best practices. Manage vendor relationships and develop standards for third-party agencies. Support the scaling of our customer research community across partner segments. Manage budget, prioritization, and logistics across the Product Marketing team’s research initiatives. Create, manage, and scale our research processes and documentation to maximize efficiencies. Develop the Product Market Fit requirements and standardization. Experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and 5 years of experience as a market or UX researcher, program manager, project manager, or similar role. Experience in planning research activities including managing vendors, budgets, and creating research briefs. Preferred: demonstrated knowledge in driving product/market fit research. Track record of working with Marketing and/or Product teams in complex environments.
