They should be highly driven, sales-oriented, and have rapport-building&overcoming objections skills. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will work beside and be mentored by a Senior Manager. You will be expected to do sale conversion talks with property owners daily, build rapport, negotiate, handle objections, and build a pipeline of seller leads. You'll set up multiple new client meetings a week. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for finalizing deals, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets.
