Real Estate Sales Assistant for the Top Illinois Independent Real Estate Team We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Assistant who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success. Work with the best and brightest in real estate in a high-paced and exciting environment. Responsibilities Use our CRM properly to input all client information along with following the daily tasks to ensure all follow-up is complete Expert at communication and relationship building with new customers Ability to be on call for appointments Assist with appointments for buyers and listings Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Qualifications Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car Applicants must have a real estate license At least one year of real estate sales experience Must have great communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation $45,000 yearly About Vesta Preferred We are the 1 independent real estate team in all of Illinois (ranked by Real Trends since 2022).
