Hiring Pay Range: Project Manager III: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education. In addition to overseeing and supporting team members, the Project Manager III manages a full project workload. The project workload oversees the implementation of activities for multiple moderately to highly complex projects for ANB Bank and is responsible for managing projects that cross departmental lines between Operations, Credit, Finance, among others, and have considerable impact on ANB Bank employees and customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities May be responsible for training, managing, mentoring and motivating the Project Coordinators, in order to establish well rounded individuals with ample growth opportunities in the field of project management within ANB Bank. Develop project plans to document project scope, schedule, budgets, tasks, risk management and produce status reports to communicate to team and executives. Provide executive level status updates. Ensure adherence to project related policies and processes. Conduct meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables, challenges, scope and timing; work with cross-functional groups from Operations, IT, Accounting, etc. Routinely complete complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues with consistency and accuracy. Participate in and/or chair project meetings, documenting issues, action items and project schedules. Build and maintain business relationships, working with all levels and departments of ANB Bank to provide status of key projects. Identify process risks and inefficiencies; actively seeks opportunities to transform business and eliminate costs/ errors through these efforts. Identify business needs and make solution recommendations with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current business process. Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle. Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies. Travel to various banking locations will be required. Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards. Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience 6 years of related project management experience with 2-3 years of direct project oversight required. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs. Preferred previous experience leading, mentoring, and supervising employees. Preferred previous financial or banking experience. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred completion of formal externally recognized project certification requirements (e.g. PMI, PMP).
