Exercising judgment in independently evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Mentoring direct reports and conveying knowledge to others. “MUST HAVE” QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science Degree, Civil Engineering Licensed as a Professional Engineer 5 years of experience with MicroStation, Geopak (or Open Roads) and TxDOT procedures Effective communication skills to engage with other employee-owners.
