Program Manager, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Latham, NY) You will spearhead the creation and execution of program/project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your role: Leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the FDA regulated Medical Device product environment. Lead and manage program/project plans, optimizing resource allocations, and implement lean practices such as Daily management, PRIDE, and KAIZEN to drive continuous improvement. As part of the global Program Management Office within an industry-leading MRI technology organization, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that save lives, improve patient outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs. This role offers ample opportunities for professional and personal growth, depending on your experience level managing projects and gradually taking on more responsibility and complexity when leading larger projects/programs. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a major complex program setting in a Medical Device domain. PMP and Lean six sigma green belt or higher nice to have but not required. 5 years of relevant working experience including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Your skills include strong technical and functional leadership, influencing, negotiation, communication and relationship management, and team management skills. Strong background in project/program management is a must. You have a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred or equivalent combination of relevant bachelor’s degree and experience. You’re an excellent communicator, with strong organizational skills and an expert level ability to drive projects/programs forward in an efficient manner whilst maintaining top-notch quality. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
