SUMMARY: Dawson is searching for program management candidates to support the Army National Guard family readiness training, certification, and services support by aiding in the identification and development of family readiness training and policy, along with certification of each state's Military Family Readiness System (MFRS). Location will be at Army Readiness Center (TARC), Arlington, VA with travel to all 54 states and territories. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT) to provide input on tasks. Provide monthly reports consisting of the overall coordination, training, and logistical support status. Develop/implement tracking procedures for NG Military Family Readiness Certification and metrics Conduct an After-Action Reviews and prepare an After-Action Reports. Attend meetings as required. Prepare and produce executive level information papers, written material, and reports utilizing data (i.e., database, demographics, etc.) and provide analysis. Attend Joint Staff Executive Officer meetings. Coordinate and schedule onsite visits with state POCs. Liaise with representatives from the 54 States and territories. Coordinate teleconferences and webinars. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred: Ten years' management experience related to Army National Guard programs and policies Master's Degree or higher from an accredited academic institution recognized by the Department of Education. Required: Five years managerial experience with related Army National Guard (ARNG) programs and policies Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior analytical skills, leadership, communication, influence, conflict resolution, stakeholder manager, planning/resource management, and a mastery of program/project tools and techniques.
