Job Description: Overall Purpose: Responsible for serving as the subject matter expert and lead consultant as a strategic HR partner with business leaders working across organizations and to provide consultation across a broad range of HR areas, including creating a skills-based hiring strategy. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Be the primary HR subject matter expert and trusted advisor to AT&T senior level business unit leaders. Remain current on emerging talent trends and best industry practices. Deliver strategic Human Resources client services support to one or more officer direct report organizations. Influence and develop strong working relationships at all levels of the business. Contribute to and promote industry-wide HR best practices throughout HR and client organizations. Act as the key consultant on complex global and organizational issues related to HR. Confers advice and counsel in delivering HR services and receives escalations of complex tactical inquiries. Conduct complex analysis of data and recommend solutions. Analyze and research HR related data and/or practices on assigned projects. Act as a team lead or project manager for various HR initiatives. Drive common cross-business unit processes and solutions. Provide general education to other HR managers and share best practices across organizations. Lead in creating and directing processes and solutions to support HR objectives. Conduct complex analysis of employee and business unit performance to help determine progress toward established goals. Serve as the key influencer of positive employee engagement and advancing organizational culture. Mentor less experienced peers and inspire the team to higher performance. Education: Typically master of education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accredited HR certification preferred. Experience: Typically 5-7 years of experience without master degree or 3 or more years of related experience with master degree. Supervisory: No. Salary Range: Our Principal HR Business Partner earn between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
