The client is seeking a Principal Gifts Officer to focus on engaging and soliciting high-net-worth individual donors for gifts of $500,000 or more. Working closely with senior leadership, the officer will manage a portfolio of donors to increase revenue in support of the client's Rainforest Alliance Vision 2030 strategy. The client, founded in 1987, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible business practices in the areas of business, agriculture, and forests.The Principal Gifts Officer will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to meet fundraising goals. This role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Senior Director of Individual Giving to ensure alignment with the client's mission and objectives.
