The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with one of our key clients, a solar battery storage developer with a significant pipeline of projects here in the US, to support their search for a Portfolio Finance Manager to join their team. The candidate will work closely with the Capital Markets team to support financing activities for their portfolio. Responsibilities: Leading financing activities (debt term conversions, tax equity fundings, refinancing, tax equity partnership buyouts, asset divestitures) Managing transaction due diligence at fundings. Working with consultants, internal and external counsel, technical, and internal teams. Reviewing changes to transaction and project documentation. Managing financial tracking models and supporting modelling requests for projects in construction and operations. Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience with a focus on project finance Tax equity transaction experience highly preferred.
