You will be responsible for drawing blood samples, interacting with patients, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of specimens. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide clear instructions. Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations. Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing, following strict guidelines. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control and accuracy. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
