Job Description To direct and assist guests and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Answer console. Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Assist all guests and associates. Wake-up calls. Place and follow up on Synergy orders. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Any other pertinent tasks assigned by management. Tools and Equipment: Telephone, keyboard, pen/pencil, photocopying machine, computer, printer, file folders, filing cabinet, and facsimile machine. Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Must have strong computer skills; specific experience with hospitality-specific computer programs preferred. Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-10 hour shift. J-18808-Ljbffr
