Description About us: ITS / Lodging Solutions is the premier installer of temporary structures and mobile lodging for Refineries, Utilities, and Emergency Response throughout the United States. Responsibilities: This position involves the management of existing customer portfolios and pipeline as well as the active acquisition of new customers for ITS. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will promote ITS services and products and identify prospective customers, manage the customer relationship, and grow ITS business in the Gulf Coast region with a special focus on Oil&Gas in Texas. It is your responsibility to handle all customer prospects and relations in the sales cycle and to generate a robust pipeline for future business. Related experience may include: Account Manager, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Service Manager, Customer Service Representative, Construction Manager, Tools Manager, Counter Sales Representative, Equipment Associate, Manager Trainee, Manager in Training Compensation package includes base pay ($55,000 - $65,000) plus robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills Effective communication and negotiation skills Solid computer skills Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred Leveraging your cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s preferred 3 years of related outside sales experience Have to have a “hunter” mentality Document successful territory management showing consistent revenue growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize efficiently required Must pay attention to detail and work with a high level of accuracy Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite required Must be skilled in follow up, goal setting, planning, multi-tasking, and teamwork Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills required Strong public speaking and presentation skills Third party agencies will not be used to fill this requisition.
