New Office Location – Edgewater, NJ Part Time 4pm – 9pm Responsibilities: Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care to patients of various populations including: pre-surgical, post-surgical, orthopedics, etc. Develop assessments and create a customized treatment plan that meets patient needs and goals. Complete reassessments and adjust patient treatment plans as needed. Manage full case load of up to 4 patients per hour. Supervise PT aides throughout the work day in assisting patients with therapeutic exercises. Complete timely and accurate documentation through EMR System. Consult with other healthcare professionals regarding patient plan of care as needed. Communicate all pertinent information regarding patients plan of care to the appropriate sectors. Skills Required: Proven work history as a physical therapist. Must possess a valid Drivers License and NJ state license to practice physical therapy. Experience with MVA/WC insurances.
