Job Description Job Description Community Association Management Professionals is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and highly skilled On-Site Assistant Community Manager to work full time in the site office of a large upscale Homeowners Association in Alexandria, VA. Candidates must have professional communication skills Responsibilities include letter and email composition, meeting management, staff and contractor oversight as well as various other administrative and management tasks. Must be physically capable of performing site inspections (indoors and outdoors) requiring walking, observing and documenting items for follow-up. We work as a team in a fast-paced environment, a calm demeanor and organized work habits are essential for success. Industry credentials (CAI) and/or a bachelor's degree are a plus, but experience is paramount.
