Responsible for working alongside physicians and facilitating advanced primary and specialty nursing services. Provides general and preventative care for children and adults, performs check-ups, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, and prescribes medication. Principal Accountabilities: Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history. Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients. Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families. Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, and condition changes. Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics. Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
