Job Description Omni Hotels&Resorts is seeking a Nail Technician | Part Time for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort&Spa The Nail Technician is responsible for providing high quality nail salon services to members and guests using professional skills that meet the individual needs of each client serviced. The Nail Technician will prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each client. Responsibilities GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to all standard policies and procedures. Perform all guest activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with management and fellow associates in all Omni departments. Maintain a positive attitude towards co-workers and the job being performed. Report to work on time in a properly cleaned and pressed uniform. Adhere to a professional relationship with clients of The Spa. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide consistent professional nail services in accordance with spa protocols. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures. Properly care for equipment and implements and tools and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls. Have complete knowledge and understanding of all nail services and products. Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail. Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Attend all training sessions, learning new techniques to be used in the performance of the job. Maintain current certifications/licenses to be displayed in the Spa. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Must speak fluent English. Must be a certified and licensed nail technician in the State of Texas. Must have previous experience as a nail technician.
