The Role: As a Sales Executive, you’ll drive the entire sales cycle, targeting companies between 500-3,000 employees. 60% of leads are self-sourced with the other 40% coming from BDR and marketing team Quota: $750k Deal Size: $25k-$75k Sales Cycle: 1-4 months Ideal Candidate: You have at least 3 year of closing SaaS Have shown growth on resume and proven success in exceeding quota You bring gravitas, strong sales acumen, and are resilient can get to the office (outside of Boston) 3 days/week Compensation: $80-85k base/$160-170k OTE uncapped LI-OD1 MONSSP
