Overview The Media Account Coordinator is the foundation of the Best Buy Ads team at Razorfish. This role is one of the few that touches every level of end-to-end campaign management, which allows for career paths to multiple disciplines across the full team. By seeing a campaign through its various stages, they’re able to ensure accuracy and strong performance are maintained throughout. This individual must be able to multi-task, problem-solve, manage multiple timelines, and occasionally work across functions. They develop collaborative relationships, display clear communication, and act proactively. Building these skills allows them to eventually step into a client facing role. Responsibilities Support Associates Supervisors with campaign planning execution Review planning materials Client deliverables for adherence to best practices Complete assigned tasks in relation to planning executing campaigns Communicate with Client team on creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy specificity along the way Own last step campaign QA daily campaign maintenance for their team Review campaign data for accuracy reposition anomalies as opportunities for their team Assist Associates Supervisors on media plan development and inventory analysis Learn the basics and utilize the tools our teams rely on to assist in the creation of media plans, creative setup and optimizations Qualifications 0-1 yrs experience in Media activation and planning, Digital agency experience is preferred Experience with DCM/Campaign Manager 360 and Prisma/Media Ocean is a plus Detail-oriented and organized Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT) and ability to adapt to/learn new technologies Demonstrated strong relational skills (clients, internal team, and partners) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated quality control of their own work Shown emerging managerial potential Experience analyzing data and market research Proficient in the use of third-party tools and developed the ability to field questions/offer advice regarding how tools should be leveraged Strong attention to detail, and comfortable working within a rigid process structure with a high degree of autonomy Additional information The Power of One starts with our people To do powerful things, we offer powerful resources. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
