JOB MISSION: New Balance is looking for a Marketing Manager, Brand Extensions to lead the marketing efforts for our Accessories&Licensing programs with a brand-first mentality, aligning our partners, product and merchandising teams on go-to-market strategy and creative development. This role is based at New Balance headquarters in the Boston area. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Drive a global go-to-market framework for New Balance's Brand Extensions in Accessories&Licensed products that prioritizes thoughtful integration into our Global DTC experience (e-commerce, retail&key account) serves relevant consumer needs, and matches our brand's commitment to craftsmanship. For Accessories, lead Go-To-Market planning and be the cross-functional conduit between Marketing, Product&Merchandising teams across DTC and Key Account. Lead the deployment and creative management of our Global Brand Guidelines across product development, asset creation and marketing activations. For Licensing, act as the marketing liaison between our partners and New Balance cross-functional teams to support the creative process and marketing activations. Guide key licensed partners to make sure the strategy and products reflect and adhere to our Brand Guidelines, and connect to the missions of our Running, Lifestyle and Sport categories. Partner with Sports Marketing&Entertainment Marketing teams to develop a seasonal seeding program with our Global&Regional ambassador portfolio. Through long-range planning, prioritize athlete&ambassador integration into key licensed product category marketing when applicable to the partner or initiative. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 5 years relevant marketing experience Significant knowledge of the global Sport landscape greatly preferred Knowledge and interest in sneakers, fashion and music Marketing experience including product launch&marketing plan execution, post campaign analysis, use of modern marketing techniques&tools Ability to navigate a global organization across many functions with an emphasis on communication and multi-year planning Strong relationship and influencing skills Regular Associate Benefits New Balance offers a comprehensive traditional benefits package including three options for medical insurance as well as dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
